STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
- Our invoices are payable within 7 business days, unless a different payment term is indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the outstanding amount. Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 will be entitled to suspend any service provision without notice in case of late payment.
- If a payment remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 reserves the right to engage a collection agency. All legal fees will be the responsibility of the client.
- Some countries apply withholding tax on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding tax will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 be involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due in full to Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 and does not include any costs related to the legislation of the country where the client is located.
- Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 is committed to doing its best to provide efficient services within the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation of result. Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 cannot, under any circumstances, be held by the client to present itself as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by a final consumer.
- To be admissible, any claim must be notified to Valuya srl BE0845.914.036 by registered letter addressed to its registered office within 8 days from the delivery of goods or the provision of services.
- All our contractual relationships will be exclusively governed by Belgian law.
